first thursday's pretty cool, you guys.



last night, winter is the new summer provided free coat check at wieden+kennedy's haiti benefit show. the agency's designers screen printed posters dedicated to haiti, and it looked like they raised a good grip of cash. after that the w.i.t.n.s. crew walked down to the tribute gallery to see wampire tear it up. tyler kohlhoff had a beautiful collection up. I highly recommend getting down there to see it. It's always rad to see a young artist doing cool things.

zack of breakfast mountain gave me permission to remix and rap over any of his beats i want. so here's my first: GUNNZ (ghosties remix). rad.

winter is definitely the new summer. thank you to everyone who came to the party saturday and a big high five to everyone else who helped out . portland made that party happen, and i love my city.



by now you probably noticed the little changes we made to the homepage design, including our new logo. someone called it a flower. i like that. you probably also noticed (if you haven't caught my hints already) that we're dropping guidance counselor's debut full length on 12" vinyl this spring. holy cow. forest park's digi-ep comes out monday! get stoked!

the into the woods premier had the holocene packed. good to see so much love for a group of folks that work damn hard. go to intothewoods.tv to watch wampire's episode, as well a few new shows the gang is cooking up.

also, super important: this week, 100% of sales will be donated to haiti via mercycorp. every penny spent in the digi-store and the mail-order store (t-shirts, tapes, cds) will go straight to haiti. (paypal takes a small cut, but i'm ignoring that when i cut the check. $3 purchase=$3 to haiti). so c'mon and buy some new music- it's a pretty sweet way to make a small donation.
